Wheelchair Related

Are your wheelchairs available for rent?
We regret to inform you that we have ceased all our wheelchair rental reservation services from 24 May 2023.
Can your wheelchair fit into a car?
All our wheelchairs are compact and foldable. Please refer to the product specifications section on our webpage for dimension details.
Do you have wheelchairs of other sizes?
Our models are fixed in seat widths. Please check our product specifications to see if the wheelchair suits your needs.

Delivery Lead Time

How long you should expect to receive your parcel.

Small Items
We use Singpost Normal Mail and local couriers (NinjaVan or QXpress) to facilitate the delivery of our orders and are unable to deliver at specific times. Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days.
Large Items
We will contact you to arrange delivery of your item(s) on a given day and we regret that we cannot give you an exact time for delivery. Delivery usually takes place between 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. We are unable to deliver at specific times (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc.).

* Please note for bulky item delivery (e.g. hospital bed), an additional charge of $50 per flight of stairs will apply for delivery to non-lift-accessible storey.
